Marketable Skills

Marketable Skills that will last a lifetime

Despite individuals having the desire to work, many simply do not have the skill set required for technical positions or inside office work. Thus, they are subjected to work at very low pay. Most positions require manual labor; such as farming and warehouse work. In the event the individual is not a laborer on a farm, they may need to drive a tricycle or wade in the ocean as a fisherman for approximately one ($1) USD per hour. For example, some of the higher paying positions in the Philippines are working within the Call Center industry. The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry is gigantic in the Philippines. Even with the compensation of the BPO industry paying above average wages, most agents must have a college degree. Even with a college degree, a BPO position will pay approximately 18,000 to 22,000 pesos per month, ($328 USD to $402 USD per month). How can you feed a family for less than $100 USD per week? In addition to that, most individuals need to send half of that to their parents or siblings that are in need of food and shelter. Over the past four years I have worked with individuals from; The Philippines, Nigeria, Jamaica, Venezuela, India, Ghana, and Mexico. The story is virtually the same. In fact, the Philippines is much better off than the above mentioned counties. After years of work, we have developed a structured plan of attack to resolve the challenges that so many countries continually face. WE have decided to take immediate action and develop an ecosystem that educates and employs the individuals in ANY community, region, and country. Please See Chart Below
